Remember meals in context

A photo often tells you more about a meal than its name alone. Food Diary puts meals on a calendar so you can look back at a day or notice a pattern across a month. Start with the meals you want to remember, rather than trying to record everything at once.

Build a record you can review

Add a photo and a short note at mealtime. Later, look at the calendar and compare days using the information you recorded. Notes can capture details the picture misses, such as ingredients or the reason you chose that meal.

Different health integrations

The iOS listing describes Apple Health context and Apple Intelligence features on supported devices. The Android listing describes Health Connect, meal nutrition details, search and export. Android also provides a question you can copy into an AI app of your choice. These are different platform workflows; do not assume every integration is shared.

Get started with Food Diary

  1. Record breakfast, lunch or dinner with a photo and a short note.
  2. Review the day or month on the calendar.
  3. If useful, connect the health integration supported by your platform and review the permissions first.

Platforms and support

Nutrition and generated content are estimates, not measurements. This is a personal diary, not a diagnosis or a treatment plan.
