Save the things you reuse
Start with a few snippets you often paste. Save copied text deliberately, give yourself recognizable entries and pin the ones you use most. While typing elsewhere, use the notification workflow to choose an entry, then paste it where you need it.
Choose the contents thoughtfully
A snippet should be something you are comfortable seeing in the notification interface. Keep sensitive secrets out of reusable text where possible and review your notification display settings. This workflow describes choosing and saving entries; it does not claim that iOS allows unrestricted clipboard recording in the background.
