QuoteCollector helps you save and organize quotes. Your saved content is stored on your device and can synchronize through your private Apple iCloud account. The free app also includes advertising services that process advertising-related information.
The app stores quote text, tags, like counts, and app preferences on your device. It uses Apple's CloudKit and iCloud services to synchronize saved content across your devices. We do not operate a separate server that stores your quote library.
You can export your quotes or choose to share content through other apps or file providers. Those services handle the information you choose to share under their own policies.
The free version may show banner ads through Google AdMob. The app integrates Google Mobile Ads and mediation SDKs for Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, Liftoff Monetize, DT Exchange, and InMobi. Which partners serve ads depends on the advertising configuration and availability; other advertising partners may be identified in the consent message.
Google and advertising partners may process app and device information, IP address and approximate location, advertising or other device identifiers, ad views and clicks, product interactions, and diagnostic information such as crash and performance data. They use this information to deliver and measure ads, personalize ads where permitted, and detect fraud or abuse, according to your choices and their policies.
Your saved quote text, tags, and like counts are not included in the app's ad request parameters. Read Google's advertising data practices for more information.
You can also read the privacy policies of Meta, Unity, Liftoff, Digital Turbine, and InMobi.
Advertising choices are handled through Google's User Messaging Platform. Where required, it presents an advertising consent message. If Privacy Choices is available in the app's Settings, you can use it to review or change your choices.
The app may also ask for Apple's tracking permission. You can change that permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining tracking or personalized ads does not prevent all advertising-related processing: limited or nonpersonalized ads may still use information for delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.
A verified Remove Ads purchase stops the app from displaying ads. Apple processes purchases through the App Store, and the app uses StoreKit purchase information to check that entitlement.
The app requests public app-catalog and purchase-price information from VibeCoderCompany's website. These requests disclose standard network information, such as IP address and request metadata, to the website and its hosting provider. The requests do not include your saved quote library.
The app keeps a local troubleshooting log with device and app information, sync events, errors, and advertising or consent diagnostics. Local logs are pruned by the app.
Opening Contact Support creates an email with a diagnostic log attached. The email is sent only if you send it through Mail. We receive the email address, message, log, and any other information you choose to send, and use them to respond and investigate the reported problem. You can review or remove the attachment before sending.
You can export and delete saved quotes in the app. Deleted quotes remain in Recently Deleted for recovery. The app currently uses a 40-day period for automatic cleanup, which may wait for iCloud sync; you can permanently delete them there sooner. iCloud and other services may retain their own backups or records according to their policies.
