Expiration Date for Android, developed by VibeCoder Company, helps you track food expiration dates. This policy explains how the Android app stores and handles your information.
The app stores food names, purchase and expiration dates, quantities, notes, categories, and photos you choose to attach.
Your data is stored locally on your device in a Room database. If you sign in with Google, the app uses Firebase Authentication and can sync your food data to Google Firestore and your photos to Firebase Storage.
Google Sign-In creates an Expiration Date app account through Firebase Authentication. We store your Google user ID and email address to identify your account and connect it to your synced data. We do not receive or store your Google password.
You can choose to share a food list with another user. Shared food data is stored in Google Firestore and is available only to users participating in that shared list.
Free users may see ads provided by Google AdMob. The optional Pro upgrade is processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
To request deletion, email vibecoder.company@gmail.com from the Google email address used to sign in. Use the subject Expiration Date Android account deletion request and state whether you want us to delete your entire app account and all associated data, or only your stored app data. We will verify the request and delete the Firebase Authentication account and associated data in Google Firestore and Firebase Storage within 30 days. Data stored only on your device can be removed by deleting it in the app or uninstalling the app. Google Play purchase records are managed by Google under Google's own retention policies.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
